Liability Waiver & Release

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I acknowledge that participating in FindSquad searches or games involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injuries from walking, running, or traversing terrain
• Weather-related hazards (heat, cold, rain, lightning)
• Encounters with wildlife or domestic animals
• Traffic accidents when searching near roadways
• Trespassing or property access issues
• Getting lost or separated from the search group
• Other unforeseen hazards of outdoor activities

2. Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in FindSquad searches is entirely voluntary. I am not required to participate and may leave any search at any time. I am choosing to participate of my own free will.

3. Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in search activities, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of FindSquad Inc. or other participants.

4. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue FindSquad Inc., its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by me during participation in search activities.

5. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs that may arise from my participation in search activities, including attorney's fees.

6. Medical Treatment

I authorize the Released Parties to obtain emergency medical treatment for me if necessary. I am responsible for all costs associated with such treatment.

7. Personal Responsibility

I understand that I am responsible for:

• My own safety and well-being during searches
• Following all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining permission before entering private property
• Using common sense and exercising caution
• Bringing appropriate supplies (water, phone, first aid)
• Informing someone of my search participation

8. No Insurance Provided

FindSquad Inc. does not provide health, accident, or liability insurance for users. I am responsible for maintaining my own insurance coverage.

9. Photo and Media Release

I grant FindSquad Inc. permission to use photographs, video, or other media of me taken during search activities for promotional purposes, unless I opt out in writing.

10. Property Damage

I am responsible for any damage I cause to property during search activities. FindSquad Inc. is not liable for property damage caused by users.

11. Lost or Stolen Property

FindSquad Inc. is not responsible for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged during search activities.

12. Severability

If any portion of this waiver is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Governing Law

This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Arizona.

14. Acknowledgment of Understanding

BY USING THE FINDSQUAD APP, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

• I have read this entire waiver
• I understand its contents
• I am aware that this is a release of liability
• I am voluntarily agreeing to its terms
• I am at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
