Pricing Questions
Why charge organizers but not volunteers?
Organizers get immense value from coordinating help when they're desperate. Volunteers are providing free labor - charging them would reduce participation and be ethically wrong.
Are there refunds?
Generally no refunds once a search is activated, except for technical failures or duplicate charges. Contact findsquadapp@gmail.com if you have issues.
